During the lockdown, statistics showed how domestic violence increased manifold. The

people who walked their different paths were forced to stay together, closed within the four

walls, suffocating.

But for some, it became a time when people discovered avenues to express their sedimented dreams and liberate themselves.. Ekaa our narrator is one amongst them... The poem is not merely her words but her pain, her agony, her scars, her nightmares that have strangely given her decision of being liberated, wings. Daag, the Scar of the body and the mind...
